well muscled, iron-bound, pumped.

It means someone is super muscled. Imagine people like Arnold Schwarzenegger. He is a jacked person.

something that you say before you give the most important fact of a situation.

I’ve started studying English these days, but at the end of the day, I think I’ll forget everything.

fair enough

used to admit that something is reasonable or acceptable.

I’ll eat the meat, and you eat the rice. Is it fair enough?

when it comes to

used to identify the specific topic that is being talked about.

When it comes to Sushi, I LOVE tuna.
